It has a temperature resistance range of –150° and +350° and 6WM/K thermal conductivity, resulting in outstanding heat transfer. The paste is manufactured utilising an aluminium oxide based formula and requires no curing time. What’s more, it provides long term stability for your thermal solution.
The Kolink Core TX-6 Thermal Paste is available in two packet sizes, 1.5g and 5.5g. This is the 1.5g packet, and a spreader is included within the scope of delivery.
