  PC Delivery charges

PC orders have a set delivery cost of £14.99 due to weight and Volume  (UK Mainland Only), this price is for deliveries within mainland UK only, for Northern Ireland, Highlands and British Isles the delivery charge is £29.99. The delivery price is set weather you order just a PC or More items like TFT, Keyboard etc.

Estimated Delivery Times – every Falcon PC is Custom built to your specifications and ready for delivery within 5 working days, once your PC is ready for delivery we will make contact with your to establish the best day to deliver your PC to you . In busy periods such as Christmas these times may be extended but this is very rare.

  Need it quicker?

   Fast-Track PC Orders:

To have your PC order Queue Jumped and built quicker simply choose the fast track option, this will ensure your PC is built and ready to send In 3 working days (once  Built we will contact you to arrange a delivery day)* this service is only available to  (UK Mainland Only) customers.

  Packaging

To limit the possibly that your PCs arrives damaged we use extra packaging and bubble wrap around your PC. Most system builders just use the original Box to ship out systems, we have found this to be inadequate and so your Falcon Custom PC will or placed in a very large custom made FALCON shipping box. This solution absorbs any impacts made in transit minimising the possibility of your PC arriving damaged, we suggest that you falt pack and keep this shipping box should you ever need to send the PC back for any warranty work as the customer is reponsible for the safe return of any items for warranty work or refunds.

  Special Delivery

Special Delivery is the Royal Mail's premium delivery service offering full insurance and guaranteed delivery next day (Monday-Friday)  (UK Mainland Only) by 1pm or 4pm depending on your area, this only covers items up to 2KG in weight.

Next day delivery but for larger items up to 25KG, Flexible and simple! Express Delivery combines these, and more, in a reliable, signature-inclusive next-day delivery service that comes with a range of timed delivery options, including pre-noon delivery slots. *please note standard charges on our website are only for next day service  between 8am and 5:30pm if you require a timed delivery costs are higher and you would need to Phone the shop for priced depending on your area and the size of the package.

  Cancellations

Errors and omissions do occur and the user should not take the accuracy of the information for granted but should check directly with Falcon Computers LTD.   Delivery outside the UK mainland

            Our delivery is based on UK mainland Delivery prices, if any items are purchased outside the UK mainland the customer will be contacted with a quotation for delivery to their specific area.

  Exporting goods outside of the UK

         We no longer Export goods outside of the UK due to customs paperwork required, uneconomical delivery prices and time it takes to process and complete orders to be exported.  Sorry for any inconvenience.
