Not covered - It is your responsibility to keep your PC free from Software corruption, and free from spyware and Viruses, all Windows updates and driver should also be checked and installed to keep your PC running at optimal levels.

Parts Cover:
Parts cover: All parts are covered for 3 year against manufacturer defects (PCs must be maintatined and kept clean to ensure fans dont fail)

Labour Warranty
Your Gaming PCs Hardware is covered for 3 Year against Manufacturers Hardware Defects and 3 years for Labour (fittng & hardaware diagnostics)*

* Should a part be deemed failed due to improper Cleaning / Maintanance or has been damaged in any way you would need to purchase a new part and we will fit it free for you.

Collection: Should your PC Hardware fail in within first 28 days we will Collect the PC and Return the PC Repaired (this service is olny available if ordered online with a paid delviery service)

** PLEASE NOTE: SENDING A PC BACK FOR REPAIR

** Please ensure you keep the packing box, the internal packing, and any foam inserts for any PC Collection, PCs that are not correctly packaged for return could have warranty voided if its damaged in transit due to improper packaging.

** All Falcon PCs are carefully wrapped internally and externally and then placed in a larger outer box that is also padded out with protective materials to ensure the PC is delivered perfect, any PC sent back for repair must be wrapped exactly as it was sent to protect it in transit or warranty may be void if the PC is damaged due to improper care and attention when wrapping the PC for a Courier collection.
